Chad is the founder and CEO of Velox Valuations LLC, a premier real estate appraisal firm, responsible for the company’s overall vision and direction as well as management of its unique value chain.
Chad Barker
Chad’s influence in the residential valuation space as a certified appraiser has evolved through the years from performing appraisals and mentoring trainee appraisers to co-founding and operating direct-appraisal companies and appraisal management companies for the past 16 years. He takes a fundamental approach to business delivering value add products and services tailored for customers and delivered by a passionate, engaged workforce.
For more than two decades, Chad has dedicated his career to the real estate appraisal industry. His deep rooted respect for the appraisal profession permeates the Velox Valuations business and guides its commitment to delivering best-in-class services.
A native to the Hoosier State and a graduate of Indiana University, Chad enjoys adventure vacationing with his wife of 22 years and three children.

Paul is an owner and the CPO for Velox Valuations LLC, responsible for the company’s strategic initiatives, recruitment and employee engagement.
Paul Bradley
Paul began his real estate career 30 years ago and has held executive positions in the mortgage, real estate sales and residential appraisal services industries. His broad experience in these industries provides a valuable perspective to our business partners, lending clients and Velox employee appraisers. With a central focus on building and supporting the appraisal industry’s greatest talent of appraisers, Paul’s aim is to promote and execute the long-term goals, objectives and vision of Velox Valuations.
During time off, Paul can usually be found enjoying a round of golf, volunteering in his community or visiting with family and friends in the sunshine state.

Jason is an owner and the VP of Finance for Velox Valuations LLC, responsible for the company’s financial systems, analysis and reporting; as well as shared regional appraiser oversight.
Jason Barile
Jason began his career in corporate accounting serving fortune 500 companies for over seven years. He transitioned to the residential valuation industry and leveraged his analytical skills as a residential real estate appraiser for the largest appraisal firm in the midwest. Transitioning from the field, Jason went on to join an appraisal management group where he codeveloped, over the span of a decade, one of the most robust quality control review engines ever built and which is still active in the market today.
Jason takes great pride in working with the intricacies of business economics specific to the company and the real estate appraisal industry. His background in finance and experience in appraising and application development brings tremendous value to his relationships within the appraisal profession and the services provided at Velox Valuations.Jason Barile

Patrick is an owner and the Chief Appraiser for Velox Valuations LLC, responsible for the company’s valuations governance, appraiser competency screening and shared regional appraiser oversight.
Patrick McArthy
A Navy Veteran who served overseas, Patrick began his appraisal career in 2002 after operating a successful property inspection company that he launched in Indianapolis, IN. The experience he acquired in the years after, while actively appraising in central Indiana, would eventually serve in his role as Vice President of Appraisal Quality for the largest non-captive appraisal management group in the country at the time. Today, Patrick has a masterful understanding of residential appraising alongside his broad knowledge of the secondary markets and their ever changing requirements, all of which serves Velox Valuation’s clients and team of employee appraisers.
Patrick and his wife of 22 years are now empty nesters, and when not focused on Velox, enjoys riding motorcycles and engaging in his long time passion of woodworking specifically inspired by Sam Maloof and Gustav Stickley.

Steven is an owner and the VP of Operations for Velox Valuations LLC, responsible for order fulfillment systems and shared regional oversight.
Steven Rud
Steven started his professional career in television news and video production management. Over a decade ago, he identified an opportunity in the real estate industry with a rapidly growing appraisal management company and took action to get his foot in the door. From there, Steven would quickly earn his way to an executive level position as an operator in the business. Today, Steven’s nearly 20 years of people and process management experience serves to develop and streamline operations for Velox Valuations. His attention to detail and passion for the success of our employees leaves an impression on everything he touches in the business.
Steven resides in Florida where he and his wife of 16 years raise their son. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, a native to the state of IL and a die hard Chicago Bears fan.

Tina is a pioneer and the Performance Director for Velox Valuations LLC, responsible for the consistent measurement and execution of our services as applied to shared regional oversight.
Tina Spradlin
Tina’s career began in finance in 1984 as a junior buyer underwriting auto loans for repurchase transactions. She broadened her lending experience by serving in roles in the consumer finance and conventional mortgage lending industries before earning a VP role in general residential lending.
Tina leverages over 20 years of experience in lending operations, sales, and management, as well as a decade in the appraisal management space, to support the execution of services for Velox Valuations clients.
She and her husband are empty nesters and spend most of their free time hiking and entertaining family from their rural abode.
