Velox Valuations has partnered with medical and insurance leaders Aetna and MetLife to provide its team members with group coverage choices for themselves and their families. The options available to team members included medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA (dependent & medical), critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, voluntary life plans, and several no-cost wellness programs.

In addition to a robust selection of traditional insurance plans, Velox provides (at NO cost) all team members company-paid short-term disability, life, and accidental death at 1X base salary, as well as business error and omissions insurance.

Supervisor & Trainee Program

Some appraisers are often reluctant to take on an appraiser trainee or admin. They fear that doing so will require a lot of time and energy to be spent on little reward.

Velox has engineered a unique trainee program where our supervisor appraisers earn, on average, additional income from $25,000 to $35,000 annually. The existing population of licensed and certified appraisers is aging – and, in some markets, shrinking.

The Velox trainee program is a fantastic opportunity for certified appraisers to earn more money while giving back to our great profession. It’s a win for everyone involved because our trainee appraisers also receive competitive compensation, including a monthly bonus plan, while at the same time receiving the necessary on-the-job training – developing their careers and learning by doing.

401K Match

Need help with retirement? At Velox, we believe in planning to reach your financial goals and have partnered with Fidelity Investments to provide our associates with company-matching 401K plans.

Investing is not just about money – it’s about your future, so we offer a way to maximize your retirement savings. At Velox, our team members contributing 6% to eligible compensation receive up to 4% of company matching funds.

Expense Reimbursement

All our appraiser team members receive a bi-weekly auto and phone stipend and up to $3,000 per year for qualifying expenses such as appraisal software, data import tools, MLS dues, continuing education, and state licensing fees. That’s over $5,700 per year in cost savings to our associates.

Auto & Phone Allowance

In addition to our expense reimbursement program, employees are eligible for a cell phone and auto allowance totaling $2,795 per year paid on a bi-weekly basis. This allowance is designed to offset expenses incurred for costs related to business-related travel using personal vehicles and communication. With the increasing reliance on mobile communication and the need for transportation in conducting business activities, this allowance aims to provide financial support to employees for these essential tools.

Are you tired of the peaks and valleys of inconsistent income, tracking down invoices and payments? Velox Valuations provides Bi-Weekly compensation for every hour you work and a monthly incentive plan to increase your yearly earnings.

In addition, Velox customizes a production plan to meet your income needs and goals with the flexibility to meet the needs of any appraiser at any stage of their career.

Client Referral Commission

Velox Valuations employees comprise real estate industry professionals with decades of experience working in various capacities across the residential mortgage and valuation industries.

Building and maintaining industry relationships is essential to being a successful appraiser.

At Velox, we encourage our appraisers to leverage their relationships through our client commission program. The program enables appraisers to not only earn commissions on their assignments, in addition to their regular compensation but also earn commissions on assignments other Velox appraisers complete – that’s passive income.
