Mike McKinney

Mr. McKinney began his career in real estate investments and has worked in nearly every area of the real estate and financial services space including origination, servicing, sales, and valuation. Originally licensed as an appraiser in 1994, Mike owned a small Ohio based appraisal firm. That business evolved into a successful multi-line, valuation, real estate development, construction and investments business. Following the real estate crisis, in 2010 Mike was recruited by CoreLogic where he spent 11 years at a high level in valuation management. During this time Mr. McKinney was part of a team that managed nearly 1,000 staff appraisers nationwide. Mike joined Velox in 2021 to help manage and grow the appraiser team.
